Ashley, a Tucson native, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University; she graduated summa cum laude while completing a concurrent enrollment nursing program through Pima Community College. With an unwavering dedication to the field of aesthetics and dermatology since 2013, Ashley is truly passionate about all things aesthetics. Her journey into laser rejuvenation and skincare began at the Clearskin Institute of Laser Aesthetics in Phoenix, where she underwent comprehensive laser training.
With a focus on helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals, Ashley is extensively trained in injectables such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers and laser energy devices. This expertise combined with a vast knowledge of skincare products allows for a seamless fusion of science and artistry. Her approach is both friendly and professional, ensuring every patient feels at ease, informed, and comfortable throughout their treatment. Tasheena Reynoso
Tasheena is a certified medical assistant who has specialized in dermatology for nine years. Her Clearskin Institute of Laser Aesthetics training and her certification by our dermatologists, coupled with her experience as a medical assistant, allow her to offer skilled and efficacious laser treatments, medical-grade facials and peels, and body contouring procedures.
Tasheena is passionate about patient care and she listens closely to her patients’ concerns, working with them to achieve their desired results. It gives her great joy to see the transformation of their skin.
Suzanne Aranda
Suzanne earned the title of certified medical laser technician from the Clearskin Institute of Laser Aesthetics, and she completed her training with our board-certified dermatologists. She is also a certified medical assistant with 12 years of clinical experience who enjoys a strong rapport with her patients.
Suzanne values the trust her patients place in her, and she strives to exceed their expectations. With each treatment, Suzanne devotes herself to understanding her patients’ skincare goals and to making their desired outcomes her priority.
Melissa Hess
Melissa’s passion for beauty and skincare led her to attend Artistic Beauty College, where she trained to become a licensed aesthetician. Having worked 12 years for a leading makeup retailer before joining the Skin Spectrum team, she understands the importance of providing her patients with excellent service and the knowledge they need to make educated decisions about their skin. Her former training as a makeup artist gives her an appreciation for the difference beautiful skin can make in a patient’s life, and she believes that microdermabrasion treatments and peels are integral to achieving and maintaining that beauty.
